Suzhou Kuntaiyuan Mould Co., Ltd. is located in Shengpu Town, Suzhou Industrial Park. We have many years of experience in precision mould parts processing. Our main products include HASCO equivalent standard locating parts, Z060, Z080, Z082, Z0717 are always in stock. We also supply plastic mould inserts, connector terminals, 6061 aluminum alloy CNC machined parts, various hardware mould punches, cutting edge spare parts, and custom non-standard special mould parts according to drawings and samples. Our factory is equipped with CNC machining centers, multiple precision surface grinders, medium speed wire EDM machines, milling machines, band saws and laser marking machines. We can finish most core processing procedures independently. With stable external process resources, we provide one stop finished product delivery service. We keep stock of ASSAB, SKD11, DC53, ASP88 mould steel. We offer various PVD coating services including TiN titanium nitride coating, DLC coating and high precision finishing service. We have long term cooperation with injection mould factories, automation equipment manufacturers and high speed stamping companies, including many EU mould customers. We strictly control material quality, dimensional tolerance and processing technology. We communicate drawings carefully and keep stable delivery. We can provide material certificates and dimension inspection reports as required.
